(1) Students can request a refund within 2 days of registration if they are within the trial window period.
(2) All refund requests made during the trial window will be evaluated by Digital Campus and approved at the institute’s sole discretion.
(3) Digital Campus reserves the right to deduct applicable charges from the refunded amount based on internal policies.
(4) No refunds will be processed after the trial window has ended, regardless of circumstances.
(5) Once the trial window is closed, refunds will not be granted, even if the student does not attend or participate in the Program.
